What do you like best about the leadership team?
Smart, committed, open to collaboration
All hands are regular and give a lot of transparency. Management is aligned and it shows.
I love the hands-on way of thinking and everything is possible.
They listen. They doesn't mind criticism. They act like your equal instead of your superior. Care about personal growth. Give you time if needed for the Dr, kids, what have you. Make sure we have all the tools we need to be successful.
Leaders are there to help you achieve your goals.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
fair and equitable across the company
Fair and I feel like it is similar to other companies.
Good health benefits, Vision, Dental, and Medical. Stock options are available. Very fair pay compensation.
We have insurance paid 100%.

They accepted my first offer and have been open since about discussing it. I wish they had regular salary schedules but otherwise it's good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a contractor. Wish to join the team on a full-time basis.
Salary was a bit lower than I was expecting. But at the same time, this is a startup. Leadership team is working fixing this as they can.

SMART people! Hard working and no politics here.
Flexibility and hands-on. Anything is possible. Real heart for the job.
Overall just great people, mainly due to attitude. We all have the same goal for company growth.

Communication feels disorganized sometimes. There's a lot of information to take in and I'm not sure everyone is on the same page about things.

The interview process is all about getting to know people and finding out how we work together. Since that's the job, it's inherently a good discerner of performance.
