    I am a contractor. Wish to join the team on a full-time basis.

    Salary was a bit lower than I was expecting. But at the same time, this is a startup. Leadership team is working fixing this as they can.

    Communication feels disorganized sometimes. There's a lot of information to take in and I'm not sure everyone is on the same page about things.
