While we don't have a formal internship program, we have had a couple of very successful internships. Basically, this means that you and your manager are empowered to build a successful internship plan together.

  • While we've had 1-2 interns, BRD is not yet in a position to provide a formal internship program. That being said, if you are passionate about creating the next generation of financial institutions, please contact us and let's chat.

  • While our internship program is informal at this point, we have had a couple very positive experiences for both BRD and interns. We recently had one intern from the University of Chicago conclude a project with our revenue team and currently have a young woman from Fordham focused on market analysis/research and partnerships/sales operations. She is finishing her MBA this December with a focus on statistics and business intelligence. Reach out to us if you are interested in learning more!

For the 50% of BRD that works out of our 4 offices, the dress code as "smart casual." That means lots of BRD T-shirts and whatever makes you comfortable. For the other 50% working from home, please consult your family or roommates for guidance. :)

  • Each office has its own rituals. The SF team has lunch outside the office every Wednesday. Bend has a tradition of BBQs when the weather permits. Chicago team members attend a lot of meetups and represent BRD in the tech and crypto communities.

  • There are two medical PPO options, 2 dental plans, and 1 vision plan. United Healthcare has the largest medical network across the US, so it's a great option for our distributed team.

  • Friendly, getting to know you interviews. Exercises are quite reasonable, I spent about a day on them and they truly were 'no right or wrong answer'. It allowed for a lot of creativity.

Yes on background checks; No on drug testing.

  • Background and reference checking is conducted on all employees, interns, contractors and consultants. BRD does not drug test.
