It's really the people and the flexibility. I appreciate how committed people are to our company goals.

They accepted my first offer and have been open since about discussing it. I wish they had regular salary schedules but otherwise it's good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The flexibility that people have to do the work that they need to do to be successful. The company really does empower the individual and it makes a big difference.
