Fair and I feel like it is similar to other companies.
Good health benefits, Vision, Dental, and Medical. Stock options are available. Very fair pay compensation.
We have insurance paid 100%.

They accepted my first offer and have been open since about discussing it. I wish they had regular salary schedules but otherwise it's good.

The best part of the comp packages are that they're competitive to big company salaries from the get-go and that there's tons of incentives to do even better. Adam (CEO) has awarded the team financially, every time the company has reached a major financial milestone.
I believe the compensation is fair and benefits are solid. Flexibility is really great. People-focused!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a contractor. Wish to join the team on a full-time basis.
Salary was a bit lower than I was expecting. But at the same time, this is a startup. Leadership team is working fixing this as they can.
