Being able to complete tasks on time and hearing the positive feedback from others! It's a chain reaction, if I follow deadlines, it's a win-win situation for the rest of the team and the customer.

Our team is often able to connect the dots and involve the necessary people when issues arise. Although this is a complex business, eventually you get the hang of things and know exactly who to go to for help!

The amount of tasks and requests from our colleagues and customers is often overwhelming, I find that in a lot of departments, there are employees doing the job of 2 or 3 people. Being compensated fairly would be a great incentive to do a lot more than what's being asked.
