I feel their hearts are in the right place. Decisions are tough, and at times I personally disagree, but I understand the complexity of the job.
From my perspective, the value I add, along with my commitment to the company and exposure my current role carries are not properly reflected in my compensation. This hasn't been a demotivation, but certainly makes me wonder how the grass looks on the side.....
