Need to hire process improvement team and have them conduct process analysis events with members from the departments involved in a process.

Communication. Decisions and changes are made with little regard to the impact to the person working to ensure customer satisfaction. Change needs to happen here but it needs to be communicated.

The team is close, much like a handful of people in a inflatable rescue boat in the middle of the ocean. We are bonded in our efforts to deal with the backwards way this business is run and the manual processes that keep getting added on.

Compensation and benefits were archaic prior to the pandemic, now with companies doing and offering more, this company is further and further behind the curve in the area of benefits. If you're a veteran reservist, avoid this company. The German leadership doesn't understand the support you need

De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?

The VP I work for was promoted from a manager to VP overnight. He has poor communication and I don't see any strategic plan from him. He also does a poor job of pushing the C Suite for support/resources. As a result, the VPs of other departments are working to ensure he fails. (which means we fail)
