Arrogant engineers, especially if you're not a "known" engineer from the industry. Arrogant workplace.

Divisions may differ. My process was a one-day site visit comprised of 7 45-minute interviews, each with a different person or group of people, ranging from managers to individual engineers. The interview focused almost entirely on technical knowledge and experience. Lunch was provided (as the entire process took about 6 hours).
