My job/ethics are not taken into account when considering my pay. I work above my paygrade but Cabela's could care less. People are genuinely trying to do better jobs but Cabela's does not recognize the talent they have.

Communication could be much better, some managers have one way of doing things and other managers have a different way. Management and the outfitters are taught differently on how things are ran.
