This company does not care about its employees, only the bottom line. Working employees 11 to 12 hours, or more each day does not show employees that CDW cares. This company provides nothing but lip service, ALL THE TIME.

Coworkers need to understand their roles. They also need to communicate effectively and efficiently. There are too many layers to get approvals, and it takes way too long to make a simple change here.

The leadership team should all be fired for new blood. These people have been working at CDW their entire careers and have no idea how other organizations operate. The continue to be dishonest and they continuously spin negative things in a positive light, as if we are not intelligent. Shameful.

We should all be paid more, and we should all have additional resources, as this company only cares about its shareholders and the bottom line. They save lots of money by having us do the job of 2 to 3 people, as well as having us work 11 to 12 or more hours each day. CDW IS A GREEDY COMPANY.
