CItyMD has so much more potential to be greater than what it is today. looking at the bigger picture, I can unbiasedly see why there is such difficulty in them retaining employees. You will meet some amazing people, but you won'y be paid fairly with all that is expected of you as a manager.

The staff from PCRs, Scribes, Providers and Managers make CityMD a great place to work, but the higher you move up in the chain, the less they care about those of us who work tooth and nail to ensure the patients are happy and taken care of.

Managers wear MANY hats, and with that, you are immensely underpaid. You are not only a manager, but you are also a phlebotomist, medical assistant, drug screen analyst, and then told you are not "patient facing" although you spend more time scribing and working with the clinical staff than managing

My team in particular is supportive, I know I can count on them to help me. They respect one another and are simply willing even when things may get stressful. Working alongside likeminded people who you can learn from and teach is a gift that keeps giving, They have grown to be like extended family
