Company does not care about employees or patients, only about money. U can be scheduled for 12hr shift at a clinic where u are the only HCP and expected to see 50-60 pts. They advertise board certified physicians but many of their sites are often staffed by midlevels with zero physician oversight
Not everything is bad but policies make it an exhausting place to work, it can depend on which site you work at
