Not the best company I've worked at, not the worst. Much better benefits than my last position, and the hospital I work at allows me to maintain flexible hours.
The employees that are all at the same level are great to work with it is the supervisors that are the issue, its hard to had good moral when you are talked negatively about and employees are excluded if they do not fit in.
I have a GREAT hospital manager that always goes the extra mile for us. Corporate culture seems friendly but like most employees, I have little interaction with them.
