They are engage, care about their staff and very understanding.
The leadership team is amazing
They push everyone to stay on top of the workflow
No words for this company
at being actual professionals, and be kind and follow companies values
Everything is great for me
18.25$ is not enough for the work being done
Managers wear MANY hats, and with that, you are immensely underpaid. You are not only a manager, but you are also a phlebotomist, medical assistant, drug screen analyst, and then told you are not "patient facing" although you spend more time scribing and working with the clinical staff than managing
I feel undervalued because I am not compensated fairly for the amount of work that I do.
Salary does not equate to amount of work expected
They level of care and respect
My team in particular is supportive, I know I can count on them to help me. They respect one another and are simply willing even when things may get stressful. Working alongside likeminded people who you can learn from and teach is a gift that keeps giving, They have grown to be like extended family
Mature and professionalism and are very helpful
Friendly atmosphere and everyone gets along
Dont know dont care dont work for this company
if they was to equally treat everyone the same that will be great
The staff from PCRs, Scribes, Providers and Managers make CityMD a great place to work, but the higher you move up in the chain, the less they care about those of us who work tooth and nail to ensure the patients are happy and taken care of.
Kindness and teamwork and innovation
Sense of camaraderie among everyone
fire the management and hire kind representatives
Meeting my site manager and district manager
Quick reply from initial application
Inform potential employees that they must pass training in order to be employed with the company. Not say theyll reach out and weeks later no information
they should communicate more on how they dont really follow the policies
Spending time with my coworkers. Getting recognition for my hard work.
My site and the team
The various illnesses seen amongst the population
HR SHOULD KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE Effectively NOT HAVE PEOPLE WASTE MONEY AND WHEN THEY INWUIRE ABOUT THINGS IT SEEMS AS IF WE ARE A BOTHER
the favoritism is disgusting, it needs to be addressed
