
The team is motivated to come together and get the job done. They are interested in solutions, rather than red tape. But I can't say the same for SVL.
- Willingness to hear, ask for feedback, and share positive as well as negative feedback with the rest of the company. - Vocalizing what needs to be changed.
We are empowered to improve the process and systems. No need to get consensus or be blocked by "security". What this boils down to is pushing decision making process to the edges/employees in the trenches.
