Transparency and Accessibility - The leadership team is always willing to engage with employees on any topic and constantly solicits feedback on areas of improvement. Ambition - The constant drive for the company to grow, improve and outperform our competitors trickles down from the leadership team

The leadership team has a deep understanding of the market and our products, which I think permits good decision-making. In addition, I don't detect any harmful political games amongst the leadership team members.

I don't feel I am compensated fairly. I have worked extremely hard and dedicated my life to my product at this point and have managed to produce results. as per Glassdoor based on my skills set and experience my current market value is over 35% what is paid to me at clover.

I love working on the new products hardware, software, and how we can add value. I love designing new solutions and creating/generating value from these.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
- Hiring is so slow. Positions get closed for no reason. This means I am working up to 12 hour days sometimes. - It seems like Sunnyvale does not want the NY office to expand in size. I feel like I will hit a career ceiling if I stay in the NY office.
