What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Working with directs to ensure that the directs have goals that relate to Executive's goals and understand the org's priorities. Also, setting up several key metrics to measure these goals on a per-project basis. Having retros to discuss success of projects rather than "was it shipped?" & "bugs?"

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone feels strongly and believes in what we are doing. That makes working fun, even when some days the circumstances are not ideal. At the end of the day, we come together not just work wise, but on other levels as well

I'm happy because I don't have to stress about much of anything. I have an anxiety disorder and the corporate culture I came here from was draining emotionally and physically. It's the complete opposite here, and it makes a world of difference in both my professional and personal life.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't feel that my company is invested in my career growth, or in my ideas and work to help evolve my team's process and output. I also feel like we don't care about any metrics to measure what we're doing, just that our base metric is "has it shipped?" I've struggled getting research for my needs
