I've been with the company for over a decade. While in that time frame it hasn't always been smooth sailing the focus has been consistently set on forward momentum and improving how we contribute to the success of education. Overall, I'm pleased with the company, our field of work, and the people.

Everyone is very accommodating. When personal life events disrupt daily life the team steps up to help shoulder some work until you can re-engage again.

My interviews happened over the course of a few sessions. Once with HR and then the team I would be working with, but never more than two-three people at a time. This allowed transparency on the type of team I was joining and allowed for focused questions based on roles and not a free-for-all.
