
Those who do all the work should be promoted and recognized.
The management has no clue. They believe every snake oil salesman and every sales survey. Leadership by fad.
We need competent management. Or maybe the board needs to change. 80% of management has been replaced in the last two years, and everything has become worse.
Sadly not much anymore. Theb ones that have stuck around are all burned out and fed up. We really aren't a team now, just trying to survive. It's depressing
My interview was years ago. Things have changed. Now we just take warm bodies at the low level. At the high level you need to be a friend of a current do nothing manager
At least half need to go. Comerica is insanely top heavy. No manager knows the work that is done. Everything is ran by people who are dedicated to the company, but not recognized and will never be promoted.
