My team is continuously looking to be ambitious and competitive with the solutions we develop for our customers. We challenge each other to contribute new ideas to our group, while also embracing the unique perspectives of each member.

The interview process is very organized and detailed. I interacted with my future team, direct managers, and executive leadership, which allowed me to have those acquaintances before my first day. The President and Chief of Staff meet with each candidate, and that was a very big deal for me.
