Getting to interact with the team day to day. Coming from an organization where everyone was pitted against each other it is refreshing to have a team eager to help everyone grow and not just themselves

Everyone is here to help. There is no micromanaging. Everyone is here to get the job done and make some money. They understand burnout is a very real thing in Sales and have a very Flexible time off package

They throughly vet you. They ask questions that are going to help them understand the person you are. Of course there is only so much you can do with an interview but I thought it was a very good process
