Everyone at cRN is genuinely trying to help & support each other as ONE TEAM. There is no I, me, or individual mindset at cRN. We are all working hard towards the same goals - providing senior living communities introductions to licensed clinicians, while providing top-class care to residents!

Although there were definitely several behavioral questions and role plays during any interview process at CRN, I never felt uncomfortably nervous or overwhelmed at any point. They make you feel calm and confident with their personality. Feels like a positive, family from square one!

In my first interview, I met directly with connectRN Co-Founder, former CEO and Chief Growth Officer Mike Wood. He was down to earth, a straight shooter, and one of the hardest working people I know. I saw that quickly in the interview in Mike, and that had me bought in from the jump.
