I have had an unexpectedly very positive experience since starting at CRN in May of 2020. I started as a Customer Success Specialist I, promoted to CS Specialist III in 6 months, then promoted to Account Manager 3 months later. If you work hard, it will be noticed quickly!

ConnectRN is the best company I've ever worked at. If you work hard, you will be rewarded. If you have ideas, leadership will listen. If you need some time away, the PTO is unlimited. You are able to work at your house, or in one of our offices. You can tell employees are genuinely HAPPY at cRN!

They are extremely good-hearted people, with a serious care about relationships & retention. It is the best leadership team I've ever been apart of; family culture at cRN!

They truly listen to everyone from the top down. There is an equal voice, and open door policy for every single employee. Our leadership team wants the BEST out of everybody, and the team & culture is incomparable!
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I think with growth, will come the need to continuously hire and hire more people. Most individuals are extremely busy here with workloads, but as we keep hiring more & more the workload will become more delegated and disbursed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no pressure to feel comfortable and wear casual clothes at this company. We are not forced to wear suit & ties at any level of management. Business casual in the office, and comfortably casual when working from home!
What makes you most happy at work?
The PEOPLE & CLIENTS that I work with. Not only are my coworkers incredible and well-rounded people, but I love speaking to our Facilities & Clinicians on a daily basis. Such a great cause, whole model is revolved around Care for people. Very proud!
What did you like most about the interview process?
Although there were definitely several behavioral questions and role plays during any interview process at CRN, I never felt uncomfortably nervous or overwhelmed at any point. They make you feel calm and confident with their personality. Feels like a positive, family from square one!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The personality and collaboration on our Team is so warm & welcoming every single day. I cannot remember a day where I was not excited to hop onto a Zoom call or attend a meeting at CRN. Always humor, but serious when we need to be.

Fast-paced, very hard working group of people at this company. Everyone does their part, and does it very well. We are nothing without our people & clients, and the amount of growth we've had the past year all revolves around the work ethic of our people!

The Top to Bottom communication at connectRN is eye-opening. Noticed this from Day 1! You have your voice heard and ideas listened by any level of management. Company culture & structure is one of the best I've ever seen in this day in age. Kudos CRN Team!

Everyone at cRN is genuinely trying to help & support each other as ONE TEAM. There is no I, me, or individual mindset at cRN. We are all working hard towards the same goals - providing senior living communities introductions to licensed clinicians, while providing top-class care to residents!

The hybrid working environment is AMAZING! You can genuinely see & tell that employees are happier with the option to work remote, OR work in the office. During times like these it's essential; crucial to keep happiness at sanity at high levels. When we're together, it's always like family!
