I've enjoyed most of my time at connectRN. Sometimes it feels like the goals are a little ambiguous and that we work retroactively but I think that is the learning curve of a start-up. Other than that I'm excited and ready to come to work everyday!

The transparency of what's going on behind the scenes of the day to day.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to voice my opinion. I constantly try to think of new things to bring up and they're genuinely listen to.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The support I get from my coworkers is more than I could of asked for. Everyone is very friendly and is always open to helping anyway they can!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the fact that I wasn't talking to more than two people at once. I've had interviews with 3 or more people before and it was way too overwhelming.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive part has to be the commitment to working as a team not as individuals. The way our company works it would be easy for this to feel competitive but it isn't.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Working at connectRN has been an unbelievable experience. As a recent graduate the transition hasn't been flawless but I don't think any major life transition is. Overall I couldn't feel more comfortable, more valued, and more appreciated! Love working here!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about working here is the flexibility and understanding that work is not the most important thing. Whenever anyone has an emergency they aren't afraid to ask for the time they need. This in turn reduces burnout and helps everyone be more productive and motivated!
