Weekly payments are the best part. The pay is decent but not extremely competitive, more support for remote would make this much more competitive. I view remote as a part of the compensation package.

Very collaborative between tech team and product. Very practical long term/short term focus with several goals in place to make the short term workflow much more seamless. The team is honest about topics and is open with information. Looking forward to improvements around code review/deign.

Being put into actual scenarios that current employees have dealt with, and explain how we would solve them. Very applicable and helpful to understand underlying processes and expectations
