My experience has been very good. There has been a lot of challenges and you have your bad days, but in the end, you really realize what you're doing is going to have such a positive impact for a lot of people.

We are a very close team and we learn from each other.

The food in the pantry, also making our clinicians and facilities happy and seeing success with them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all competitive and seeing someone else do well makes other people push even harder to be more successful.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I really enjoyed the flow of conversation and how responsive they were in getting back to me with updates on the position.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very supportive, they push you to do better and be better. They are always positive and willing to take challenges on which trickles down to the lower level employees.
