They throughly vet you. They ask questions that are going to help them understand the person you are. Of course there is only so much you can do with an interview but I thought it was a very good process

Although there were definitely several behavioral questions and role plays during any interview process at CRN, I never felt uncomfortably nervous or overwhelmed at any point. They make you feel calm and confident with their personality. Feels like a positive, family from square one!

In my first interview, I met directly with connectRN Co-Founder, former CEO and Chief Growth Officer Mike Wood. He was down to earth, a straight shooter, and one of the hardest working people I know. I saw that quickly in the interview in Mike, and that had me bought in from the jump.
