I absolutely love this company. I've never been more challenged or fulfilled professionally and I am invested in seeing Curbio succeed. I think the high growth is exciting but do think that onboarding could use a more streamlined system. I also wish there was more company-wide communication

I love working for Curbio, it is by far the most fulfilled that I've felt in a professional setting. It is challenging and rewarding. We can improve our communication and transparency both company-wide and at the department level, and I think we can work on growing a more diverse team of employees.
