What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to your team about what they really need instead of projects that add complexity and workload. Treat people with respect instead of disparaging them behind their backs.

Communication - There needs to be more information shared across departments on day-to-day work so we all understand what is happening to ensure we are in alignment. Respect - Senior leadership has, at times, been demeaning, disrespectful and rude to those not in executive posts.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus's are fair and attainable. Excellent pay in my opinion

I don't know where to start. The salary puts my mind at rest not always worrying "what's next," all while striving for the perks of our bonus system! Health insurance is a big need for me and my family and the plan suits us well. Then, the 401k, your matching percentage is huge and so VERY amazing!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise would be nice, have heard enough nice words!

The is virtually no opportunity for career advancement. I understand that the size of the company may prevent this, but this comes down to talent retention. Create a scale that is reflective of experience, skill and recognition. We also need an annual cost of living adjustment.

I definitely feel valued, but it would be nice to take into account base salaries depending upon where you live in the country. Cost of living in some markets is significantly more than other markets, so it would be nice to have that taken into account now that Curbio is hiring employees nationwide.

I appreciate being able to work from home and have autonomy over my work. At the same time, if I wanted to go into the office there is a welcoming environment to interact with my colleagues. We also have a great time when we get together for company parties.

I work from home, I get to spend time not commuting. For the clients, I actually enjoy the conversations and figuring out what they need.

Compensation and benefits don't equal culture. Treat people with respect, value their feedback and incorporate it into your strategy. There are a lot of angry, frustrated people out here - listen to them.
