This box isn't big enough. I think about how lucky I am to have found Curbio every day. Knowing I have someone on my team everyday is amazing. My today and tomorrow are planned for and I can breathe. I haven't had a bad experience with anyone in this company!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The happiness, really. We just had an HIC dinner, company meeting, and a company dinner. Not ONE employee complained about their job. NOT ONE!

Respect. The respect from everyone is unimaginable. Being treated like a human and not a robot. Even though we're not in an office, everyone always seems to care!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the communication is absolutely amazing. For the first time in my 23 years of working, I feel I can actually count on someone other than myself. This is by far the best company I've ever had the pleasure to work with!!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance. I can't begin. We were paying $1500 a month! Plus all the additional things. Struggling with PPD after my son was born, it took MONTHS to find help. Mental health is so very important. and, you just keep adding!
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping sellers. I've been in real estate for 8 years and each time I could make a dream come true or help through a hardship, my heart felt full. Hearing sellers go from absolutely dreading the sale to extremely excited is amazing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't know where to start. The salary puts my mind at rest not always worrying "what's next," all while striving for the perks of our bonus system! Health insurance is a big need for me and my family and the plan suits us well. Then, the 401k, your matching percentage is huge and so VERY amazing!
