Overall, Curbio offers wonderful benefits and flexibility. The people who work here are extremely smart and great to work with, but opportunities for true collaboration have been limited in recent months. The vision for the company changes, and recent layoffs have decreased morale.

Compensation started off as fairly good, but has not increased in line with industry standards

The best part about my compensation package is unlimited PTO, and clearly defined bonus opportunities paid on a quarterly basis

How supportive my boss and peers are, and that I have the opportunity to enact significant changes for the better
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Outlining long-term goals needs to improve, especially when goals seem to change frequently. Communication around staffing changes and reductions also needs to be improved.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Layoffs have been happening quietly, leaving many staff members concerned for their jobs. Transparency about this and consistency at the executive level would greatly improve employee morale.
