Thus far, they seem to care to keep the employees they have and work hard to make sure we have a career with Curbio, they don't seem to just throw us away in the trash like other companies.

Transparency, organization, clarity on steps forward for improvement instead of blanket statements, processes that are established and followed company-wide so that there are not questions on how to execute

Communicating goals and overall company vision needs to improve. Recognition of staff needs to improve. Leadership acts like they care about people, but actions seem like that isn't the case. Layoffs have been quietly happening and have people afraid for their jobs.

The pay is not matching up to the work environment, workload that is given. Working "overtime" is constant.

Since starting just about 3.5 years ago, I have yet to receive any raise (cost of living or any type) despite me having taken on new roles. That being said, I still love my job and Curbio! Hoping for a brighter new year to come.

The is virtually no opportunity for career advancement. I understand that the size of the company may prevent this, but this comes down to talent retention. Create a scale that is reflective of experience, skill and recognition. We also need an annual cost of living adjustment.

were 100% WFH which is amazing but in DC employees can go into the office if they want, free lunch once a week, etc
Everyone is allowed to be themselves and thrive in a laidback but productive atmosphere.

Layoffs have people afraid for their jobs, I think many people are looking to go elsewhere. Leadership in the department is lacking and people feel micromanaged and not supported.
