I've been here for a while now. In that time I've seen people rewarded for their efforts, I've seen internal promotions, and I think we have a team aspect that isn't just talk. People help each other and we have shared goals. I can get behind that and build a future.

I have worked my way from entry level to management at this company. That alone has instilled in me a feeling that this is a place to grow at, and continue building a career. I've been in other corporate environments that encourage negativity, and at Curbio it's the opposite. Great place to work.

We work as a team. We collaborate as a team. Things are always changing but it feels like we can navigate it together.

I work from home, I get to spend time not commuting. For the clients, I actually enjoy the conversations and figuring out what they need.

I directly report to someone I actually respect and that takes time to speak with me about what I need to do to improve. I appreciate that a lot.

My team is incredible. They help each other, they communicate and they seem to care about my goals too. We have a great relationship as far as I know.

Very collaborative and helpful. The team I am on is very comfortable being personable and speaking. We also get together out side of work for celebratory dinners and that's just great.

I have had access to the leadership team since I started. Open door policy with the VP I report to, and a manager that cares. They also laid out clear goals for success, I wasn't guessing what comes next.
