The GM at my location is rude and inconsiderate. He makes me feel invalued. Ive been trying for management and he can never give me answers to questions regarding me furthering my career. I feel like I do not have his support.

Anniversary pay yearly is nice. I dont utilize benefits. I do use the 401k which is nice to have.

The GM needs to learn to support his team members and value them. The GM also needs to follow through on things he says he will. He needs to support his team instead of tearing them apart.
