Absolute transparency, shared vision, goals, timelines, challenges, opportunities. Basically, we all know what's going on and why, and we don't have to ask. The weekly company-wide stand-up meetings are the best I've ever been a part of.

Our team is small, nimble, smart and they are often willing to drop what they are doing and knock out a simple task when asked. I like that we're all on the same team, and share mutual concern for issues and satisfaction from wins. Good group of people.

I was asked to put together a comprehensive plan, as if I were already hired and sat down on my first day on the job. Ideas, objectives, channels, etc. I like that our conversations later turned to real topics directly related to my research and the opportunities I had found.

Most of us are here because we see the opportunity and understand the impact we're making on corporate finance. It's exciting to see it launched and now flying off the shelves. Divvy is a great product, and the customers are loving it. That makes a difference and makes the daily challenges worth it.
