The company is growing so fast that as an employee your contribution and voice can still have an impact on the culture.
It is an environment of constant growth and learning. You can never get bored or complacent.
We all want to contribute to becoming the best company possible.
Always bringing new people to the team and company brings new friendships and skills as we grow fast!
Mutual respect among co-workers. I feel like my opinion matters. I feel like my gender, faith, and orientation do not affect how I am treated and how my ideas are considered.
I really enjoy the environment. I think the employees are focused and work hard but still enjoy the work and have fun.
The words I would use to describe the environment are committed, fast past, collaborative, and happy. Although we are committed to doing the best work we can for such a great product, there isn't an overwhelming feeling of intensity. The environment is committed, but still enjoyable.
