Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?It was just a little less than I was previously making, but the opportunity and growth at Divvy will hopefully make it worthwhile.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Being trusted to do the job I was hired to do and not feel that I have to constantly keep a paper trail to cover my own position, if something I executed on came into question. Give feedback as it is needed and not being so passive aggressive about it. Comp is good, better medical would be nice.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I am an intern still so there aren’t as many opportunities for benefits, yearly bonuses, etc. I think when I go full time, I will be satisfied with my compensation.
