What do you like best about the leadership team?
They truly care about the team, constantly searching for ways to improve our culture and our work environment.
The are open and honest about what's going on in the company, they have a clear vision, and are able to take feedback from employees to improve upon our product and processes.
They are adaptable and constantly solution focused in figuring how we can work as a team toward company success.
They are very transparent with the company goals, but as well as the weaknesses within the company.
They have clear goals, and make sure all teams across the company have a part in achieving those goals.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great stock package that I believe will have real value
The base salary is great.
As you grow and are evaluated, your compensation/pay grows with your skills.

My salary is absolutely fantastic!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It was just a little less than I was previously making, but the opportunity and growth at Divvy will hopefully make it worthwhile.
Being trusted to do the job I was hired to do and not feel that I have to constantly keep a paper trail to cover my own position, if something I executed on came into question. Give feedback as it is needed and not being so passive aggressive about it. Comp is good, better medical would be nice.
I am an intern still so there aren’t as many opportunities for benefits, yearly bonuses, etc. I think when I go full time, I will be satisfied with my compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard working, collaborative, kind, outcome oriented
They are smart, they care about each other's opinions and input and they are able to pivot quickly when they need to in order to make sure things get done quickly and efficiently.
They are hungry for success, open to learning, and very talented. They all have an outgoing and welcoming personality, as well.
Everyone has a good attitude about working whatever it takes to get the company goals.
We work as a team, bounce ideas off each other, and problem solve together. Feedback is generally given in real time.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You can genuinely be your authentic self.
The company is growing so fast that as an employee your contribution and voice can still have an impact on the culture.
It is an environment of constant growth and learning. You can never get bored or complacent.
We all want to contribute to becoming the best company possible.
Always bringing new people to the team and company brings new friendships and skills as we grow fast!

What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy working with my friends and other colleagues that help me grow
I love the autonomy I have at Divvy. They trust me to do my job and give me a lot of attitude in my position. I also have a large variety of things to do, which keeps me on my toes. It's generally not ever boring.
Coming into an environment where I know I am trusted and have the support to do my job successfully. Being successful makes me most excited.
