They truly care about the team, constantly searching for ways to improve our culture and our work environment.
The are open and honest about what's going on in the company, they have a clear vision, and are able to take feedback from employees to improve upon our product and processes.

They are very transparent with the company goals, but as well as the weaknesses within the company.

The leadership team takes time to share their vision of the company with the employees. Then they turn around and make sure that each of us have what we need to succeed at our individual jobs. They are invested at every point of the process.
