The best prt of the compensation package is that is a balance of benefits. Fair base pay, performance based bonus, RSUs, ESPP, and many benefits. If one isnt great one quarter, the other benes compensate.
My direct team mates are awesome! We work well together for the Most part. Its a struggle to keep up the constant pace of work that never slows down. And the work / life balance suffers often. But we stay positive within the team. We are in it together and we succeeded together too.
