I've had some bad days and they seem to understand my situation, but I am sure that they didn't need drivers so badly they wouldn't even keep me.
I said positive because there was no in between answer. There are coworkers I enjoy being around and some who I don't feel should be employed for the company .
I enjoy working with the kids. Personally my most recent driver seems favorable, my driver before that was extremely careless. It depends on who you're around at this job, some people care. But most don't.
The initial interaction with the person who interviewed me was nice. The rest of it was a comete dumpster fore. My paperwork kept going missing. I had to reapply. Everything was unorganized and nobody ever knew who I was. My first day of work I walked out due to the absolute lack of care.
As a monster I feel as if I should be paid equal to the drivers. Or even qualify for a non cdl sign on bonus. I am the one who is more hands on with the children that need me. It would feel nicer if a moniter was given more value for their job, without them there would be complete chaos...
