Drivers working together to get the job done
My co workers, management does not interact much and the "open door policy" is a sham.
My boss listens to us but her hands are tide do to corperate making there quotas
Our drivers all work together and if one is having problems we check to see if we can help
We do a very high stakes job. We take pride in what we do and always put safety first.
The workers get alone and communicate well together.

Treat everyone the same and give everyone to make 40 hours a week people should not have to find a second job because you want give them enough hours stop giving your favor people 60 hrs and other 25 we all need the income and that is why so many good drivers already quit .
