Haven't met anyone higher than location manager.
Reliability and trustworthy. They are always there to help.
Poor communication skills between management and employees.
A new team altogether and build a team who actually cares about emoloyees and the students
Organization, managerial skills, pating employees their money!
People management and upholding policies
Customer service. Attitudes towards workers, scheduling, time managment
Review from Operations Dept
They need to get better at everything
Fixing our unemployment so we don't have to send copies of our paychecks to Ohio Unemployment to prove how many weeks we worked and how much we made!
Better communication and less playing around
People skills. Caring about their employees. Not just refering tothem as NUMBERS.
They need better training for them
Not being bias and picking and choosing who they will scold.
Don't have a clue also
Communication and RESPECT towards all
Advocating for their drivers. The drivers points are gardly communicated and suggestions and improvements are usually shut down
Being truly safety minded. No masks are being worn in the office. They have not provided with supplies to disinfect our buses.
Communication for starters. Maybe if they worried about the employees health and wellbeing more than getting their bonuses we wouldn't have the issues we do.
Understand his employees while working under stress to cover 50 routes with no drivers. Manager has no experience dealing what bus driver all about, his experience is ups dealing with boxes only. Manager never drove school bus in his life and he will never understand us at all.
Communication is terrible. We ask for meetings and the ceos never show.
Not to lie to its drivers about avaiable runs and to pay them their due money
Not about making quotas . Talk to your employees . You can’t keep new employees . Cause you don’t Pay enou
They need to check on their manager and see there ideals for getting new drivers
