What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the drivers are great, management ruins a lot of things
They are devoted to their jobs and we help each other.
The coworkers are very fair and they work well together
We all get along and have a great time!

They were very professional. But, we did have many fun times were we all came together and laughed .

Most off them try to stay together on a field trip but then you have the ones that go way over the speed limited because there buses go faster then 60 and nobody stop them
They made the best out of the day and helped each other as mich as they could
I've had some bad days and they seem to understand my situation, but I am sure that they didn't need drivers so badly they wouldn't even keep me.

The comrodery, working together to help keep this place afloat.. But again at the low pay it only takes one thing to make someone walk when they can go down the road and make a better wage.

My division of Durham is truly a team. We all help each other daily and are there for each other. We know we have an important job and we make sure we get it done and get it done correctly and safely.

Be serious about their job and report any faults with the buses and staff
