It wasnt hard at all. I was already licensed and qualified.
Was fifteen years ago .I walked into the office showed my cdl and was hired
The initial interaction with the person who interviewed me was nice. The rest of it was a comete dumpster fore. My paperwork kept going missing. I had to reapply. Everything was unorganized and nobody ever knew who I was. My first day of work I walked out due to the absolute lack of care.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Nothing it is okay just to change the contract for the year
It takes weeks or months to get hired. Something about corporate.
These people will higher any personal as long they are breathing
