What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance rates are too high for even one person
We have some compensation compared to the previous years
401k is a good employee benefit
the best part was that when you are on vacation you get to be paid

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes the supervisor should Show a little respect with every single people
Better pay we don't work enough hours to afford food, bills & gas to get back and fourth to work.

the company is getting there , we actually getting a increase I will take it back but we coming alone
They don't appreciate the drivers, severely underpaid for what we do.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the drivers are great, management ruins a lot of things
They are devoted to their jobs and we help each other.
The coworkers are very fair and they work well together
We all get along and have a great time!
we all play a excellent team work /helping each other out
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be serious about their job and report any faults with the buses and staff

Some of them very rude and buly
Choose people with better attitudes working with other employees
Stop playing around and get there work done
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Well, I'm a very positive person, so I advocate positive thoughts and actions, so I get this back in return.
The coworkers are always trying to make the best out of all situations
brand new buses to drive
I love that we are multi cultural and everybody get alone very well
Sometimes we plan potlucks or lunchons for each other
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Complaints need to be actively herd and not brushed aside.

Nothing it is okay just to change the contract for the year
It takes weeks or months to get hired. Something about corporate.

I love doing my job because of the respect I get from the students, parents and school Staffs On special days they showered me so many gifts , gratitude and appreciation.

They need to fire everyone and start over
If the manager ran the company like a corporate business and not like their own private business. You can't hire your friends and hang out with friends in the office and mistreat people you don't personally like and encourage other employees to harass that one person
