Not much to say other than if you're a friend or family member you're treated with more respect than someone with more tenure.

Excellent company culture. I feel very supported and love my work. I expect to spend the rest of my career there in UX Design.

There is no standard band for compensation for people with same title and similar responsibility. It can be low for someone and then really high for other with comparable experience
