I like to make good money and not overwork myself. My team is great. Its a good job

Lilly pays very well vs the market locally. With the inefficiency and bureaucracy that drives some of us crazy, pay helps keep people here

Good group of people. We can work with autonomy since our leadership tends to stay out of the way. We look out for each other and make sure nobody gets hung out to dry.

It was short and pretty straight forward. They had not gotten crazy about hiring at that time. if you do a good job, you get a job. If you do good enough work (meet the minimum), don't break any deadlies, you keep it.

The leadership team appears to be high up on Mount Olympus, disconnected from people doing the work. Little care for employees versus dollar signs. John L was very good at connecting, Dave R is much less so. However, I have confidence in our stock price.

We are not very efficient and bureaucracy is painful to some. The company does a good job of letting us balance and not overwork. If we get to a point where we need to compete instead of increasing price, we will need to get serious and unwind a lot of the useless checks we have added over time.
