  • Once a year you'll go through the myPM process. It's very informal. You'll type up what you want to accomplish and your supervisor will then give you feedback. Supervisors will ask for feedback. Then you'll get your 3% raise and your corresponding bonus amount.

  • Most new Hires are FDEs (Fixed duration employees) basically contractors. Most are extended to the maximum duration of 4 years. Some will be let go. Very very few are converted to FTE.

  • Lilly is a company which tries to do good but has to acknowledge hard realities on a daily basis. Managers will want to do good, but hard decisions have to be made. 2nd shift may have to stay late to finish unit ops and managers will offer you a hotel room so you don't have to drive. However, if you're getting out at 4am and checking into a hotel, you might not be able to get up in time for checkout at 11am and work at 4pm.
